Feldco - First impressions
We had a scheduled appointment one night at 6:30. I got at least 3 reminders of the 6:30 appointment.
6:15 came and no show, no phone call.
6:30 came and still no show or phone call.
At 6:30 I call Feldco. I mention that it's now a half hour past my scheduled time (he mumbles something about how they have a window to arrive - umm, no, in all my emails and phone calls the time was 6:30!)
He puts me on hold to call my salesperson. He comes back on and says that he tried numerous times, but my salesperson did not answer. He tells me not to worry, that he's sure he's on his way because they haven't heard that there are any issues. He told me he would keep trying and get back to me.
7:15 - I'm now 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment and still no show and no phone call.
I called Feldco to cancel the appointment. They offered me $100. I told them that it would be one thing if I had gotten a phone call, but the lack of a phone call to let me know they were running late spoke volumes.
I will not be using Feldco. I believe it's instances like this that they have a F rating with the BBB.

I called to schedule a appointment. After giving my information they refused to schedule an appointment with me without my spouse. This is ridiculous.
Its not ridiculous....Your appointment is made to have both decision makers there. Our time as sales representatives is just as valuable as yours as consumers.
The fact that the two decision makers have to be there is absolutely ridiculous!! Who ever the fxxk wrote this is *** for even making a remark about "our time as sales representative is valuable" ..News flash..
that's what you get paid for!! We need 14 windows done in our house, and now because of your *** comments Feldo is out the question!!
