TERRIBLE service
As of 6/6/22 I am still waiting for the job to be completed. Need a replacement screen door and 2 screen door locks. They have not even mentioned fixing the part of the wall they broke off!
Install was delayed 1st because of lack of help then product lost. They finally showed up and where missing the patio doors (2). While installing the upstairs window they knocked off part of my stucco and didn't even tell me. They came back a few weeks later (after they found our 3-panel door that was lost for 3 weeks) to install.
The screen door was bent and needs to be replaced They then proceeded to install the 3-panel upside down and backwards! The new screen door, the bottom door lock and the screen door locks were still missing and the door wouldn't lock. Also, there was no screen door channel for the door to close and lock into. They came back several weeks later to fix these problems.
There was still no screen, channel or locks and my stucco was still on the ground. The wind picked up several days later and the wind was coming in through the cracks so bad it blew out a candle! I had to take apart the door frame a caulk the whole door. Again, after a long wait, they came and adjusted the big door, and it still leaks.
I have tried MANY MANY TIMES with little to no response and am currently waiting for a call back.
I finally had to fix the stucco myself. Feldco where are you???

Preferred solution: i want this all taken off and done right at your cost.
User's recommendation: do it yourself do with out or hire a crackhead, it would be cheaper and less agravation.
Warranty
The warranty that feldco claims to provide is fake. I purchased several windows from feldco a few years ago.
One of the casement (crank out) windows would not fully open. The molding at the top of the window had came loose and was hanging down. This is what was causing the window not to open.I contacted feldco and spoke with Isabel who said there would be a $99.00 charge for someone to come out and a charge for labor and whatever materials needed. I said what about the warranty?
She didnt answer just repeated the same thing. I asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for exactly 46 minutes 37 seconds. I realized I was going to get nowhere with these people. The warranty is just a sales pitch to get people to buy their product.
I have other properties that are in need of new windows I will never buy from feldco again.The salesman that came out stressed several times about the life time warranty on the windows and all materials. TThats the I called feldco an

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund.
So, I contacted Feldco again. This time they agreed that the window was defective. They ordered another one, and I had set up a date to have it installed March 23, 2020. Then the Coronavirus hit. So, I changed the appointment to May 18th. The Coronavirus is still going on. Then changed it to 16th. I was tired of rescheduling. They arrived and started to remove the molding inside my house. When one of the workers said, "this window is not like the one that we brought". He also said that "the new window has only the two vertical opening windows, on the end.". So, I told them that I didn't want it. I wanted the same as the original Awning window, and to leave. I called the company and told them what happened. The Installation Supervisor told me that they don't make that window anymore. That the window they sent is the only one I could get. I asked "Why wasn't I told that when they told me they were ordering a new one?" He apologized.
So, I had to accept the window that they brought.
After talking to the local manager, they agreed to refund me a portion of my initial price. However, I did not see the window until 5 Hours after it was installed. It is actually smaller in width and the molding around the inside has a large gap between its standard gap. Obviously the installers had to adapt the window to the larger opening. I don't know if they even insulated that gap. The glass shelf they left me, is 4 inches narrower than the previous shelf. The way the shelf is installed uses cheap metal adjustable brackets. The whole thing looks like a $1000.00 window that I could have gotten from Manards. I paid for $3600.00 for this piece of junk. Now I know that I will never even recommend Feldco.
The installers put the molding at the top and bottom of the window at the proper gap from the inside of the window. But the side molding is 1 1/2 inches from the inside of the window. Meaning their installers are NOT professionals. I could have done a better job, and have in the past.
The window itself is smaller inside than the one they replaced. Looks like Crap.
The wind out windows on the end, wind out all the way and hit the siding on my house. I have never had any Garden window wind out that far before. I have had 4 Garden windows before.

FEIDCO INSTALLED GUTTERS BUT DID NOT PUT NEW WOOD IN BACK OF GUTTERS I WAS QUOTED WITH NEW WOOD
